御予約フォームかお電話にてお問い合わせ下さい。御予約フォームの場合はこちらから折り返しお電話させて頂き、予約日時を決めて訪問致します。
乳房ケアの際、タオル3枚、バスタオル1枚、母子手帳を御用意願います。

If you want to undergo a breast care, please prepare 3 towels, 1 bath towel, and your maternity passbook.
